What to Wear for Pilates

You should come with comfortable clothing which you can move easily in, bare feet or socks. Nothing too loose or baggy so that we can see you moving, your posture and alignment.

What to Bring

All Mats and equipment you will need for pilates are avalible at the studio, you may want to bring a bottle of water.
