Join us and Meander through a series of Health, Healing and Wellness events showcasing what we offer on a regularweekly basis. Flow through a serise of Yoga postures with Vikki and Ivana, travel from the Ganges to the Dee with Claudia. Plunge into Pilates we will be Swimming, Swann Diving and More. Catch a brreak and refresh yourself at the Tee room. It can take as little as 30 mins or immerse yourself and spend the day.

We are thrilled to be taking part again this year at the Banchory River Festival on Saturday, 10th June which will be held at the Bellfield Park from 10am. Pop down and say hello to us at our stall, meet the Yoga and Pilates teaching team (Vikki, Elaine, Claudia, Michelle and Ivana) and our resident Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher Fiona Plender from Optimum Physio.

OUTDOOR YOGA & PILATES FLOW INSPIRED SESSION IN BELLFIELD PARK AT 1PM

Weather permitting and in keeping with the Banchory’s River Festival theme, we are hoping to plunge, flow and swim (pun intended!) through a fusion of Yoga and Pilates in Bellfield Park at 1pm! We may even manage Banchory's first ever Yoga/Pilates Flow Flash Mob if enough of you care to join us (we would love you to)! The session will only be 10 mins minutes long and we promise that it will leave you energised to enjoy the rest of the day.

Or if doing a Yoga/Pilates Flow session in the park is not your thing, then why not join us at the Pilates Hut on Saturday afternoon or Sunday for some exclusive indoor taster sessions which we’ve lovingly put together for you with some of our fab instructors?

WEEKEND TASTER SESSIONS IN YOGA, PILATES & MEDITATION

The Taster sessions are held on Sunday,11th June and last 30 to 45 mins; you can do as many sessions as you like. For example, you can do a Pilates class with Michelle, Power Sun Salutation Flow with Vikki, Vinyasa or Pregnancy Yoga with Elaine, Hatha, Tibetan yoga or Meditation sessions with Claudia and traditional Yoga therapy classes (Ashtanga Yoga) with Ivana.

SPECIAL 90 MINUTE INTRO/REFRESHERS PILATES CLASS, SATURDAY, 2PM - 3.30PM

There is also a special 90 mins Pilates Beginners/Refreshers class on Saturday at 2pm with Michelle which costs £10 (not included in the mix and match taster sessions) which is great for learning the basics to practice Pilates effectively.

FACILITIES ON SITE AND FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS

For your ease and comfort, there are shower and changing facilities on site which you are welcome to use, as well as ample parking and The Tee Room cafe/restaurant next door serves a variety of tasty food and drink options so you can make a day of it!

In addition, if you or your partners/friends are interested in golf, Paul Lawrie Golf Pros will be holding some golfing activities on the Driving range so you can test your abilities on the Driving Range as well! Contact them and enquire about what’s on offer over the weekend.
