Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body's core muscles and enhance your overall mobility at the same time. It is a slow, controlled form of exercise that rebalances your body and, with regular practise, will improve your posture and general wellbeing.
Fitness experts are now incorporating pilates and yoga into their clients’ workouts and many medical practitioners are referring their patients to these workout disciplines in order to aid recovery after injury and to maintain better posture.

What Should You Wear to Class?
Come wearing comfortable clothing (which allows you to move freely) and bare feet or socks. Don’t wear anything too loose or baggy as it’s helpful for your instructor to be able to see your posture and alignment.
What Should you Bring to Class?
Just yourself! All mats and equipment are provided at the studio but you may wish to bring a bottle of water, especially in the summer.
