Although we can always look it up in your profile for you, you can also find your balance in consumer mode logged in via the website or on your branded mobile app.
We've provided instructions below.
Consumer mode
1. Log in to consumer mode.
2. Go to the My Info tab.
3. Click on the Account submenu.
Account activity and an account balance will show at the bottom of the screen.
Branded mobile app
1. Tap on the upper left corner to open the menu.
2. Tap on Profile.
The account balance will appear under the profile picture.
