Overview of Classes

The Pilates Hut offers a wide variety of courses, from classes for beginners to the more advanced. You're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness, age and ability.

Everyone new to Pilates will be provided an introduction session before joining the class of your choice, this enables any specific questions to be answered, allows us to identify any special requirements you may have and gives you the basic information and knowledge to be able to get the best from your first class.

Booking is essential, so once you have found a class time that works for you, please register for classes.
